IS IT JUST ME?

Or did an agricultural beetle start to threaten the California crops as soon as Jerry Brown was inaugurated a couple days ago as Governor of California. Didn't this happen the last time he was governor? Then it was Medflies and now it's beetles. The man is just bringing on the bugs!
