Meanwhile, you are permitting Senator Kirk to vote as if he still officially holds the seat formerly held by Senator Edward Kennedy - and his tenure officially and legally ended on January 19th, 2010! Senator Brown will be sworn in tomorrow Thursday February 4, 2010, whether the Democrats like it or not.
