NEW YORK — Despite constant denials that he is running for president, Mayor Michael Bloomberg laid out a national energy plan today in a speech in Houston and took veiled jabs at his potential opponents, accusing them of "politics as usual."
The Republican billionaire outlined an energy plan that proposes creating profit motives for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, building new wind farms and nuclear plants, phasing out the incandescent light bulb and setting early deadlines to accomplish these goals.

Mayor "Nanny" Bloomberg of New York has apparently decided that if a former mayor of New York can run for president, he probably should do so as well. And to prove his [lack of] qualifications we have this:
Of course, Mayor Bloomberg's extensive scientific background qualifies him to decide on whether or not "global warming" is real or a scam, in much the same way that Al Gore's extensive scientific background qualifies him to judge. In other words, they are both nincompoops and don't know what they're talking about. Can you say "scam", folks?
