THE BIG MOVE IS UPON ME!

Been thinking about it. Been planning it. Now it's here. Starting tonight and through next week I will be busily engaged in moving from Ohio to Northern Virginia. Consequently blogging, if it happens at all, will be really, really light!

A special thanks to friend Paul (In My Taxi blog) who was able to help me with planning the cost of the gas for the truck that will be loaded with my belongings next Thursday morning and driven to my new home. Paul, you are a really good person to help me that way AND I'm glad YOU did the math instead of me! Likely to be far more accurate.

I'll be checking in. The best thing is that when I am somewhat settled in my (temporary) digs, I'll have the ability to start back blogging at both this site and Lifelike Pundits.

Safe travels. . .I'll look forward to being able to meet you one of these days after you get settled!

Absolutely cool, that!

Good luck with the move. Glad I was able to help but remember, always err on the side of having too much gas! The alternative is not fun.

Be safe and have fun, Gayle.

Have a great drive. It's a pretty drive to No. Va. from Ohio, as you probably know.

Hope the move is going well, Gayle. I hope the last big jump in gas prices hit too late to affect you. My post about your blog is here.

Gayle, by now, you should be moved and moved in. I trust that the trip went well, and that you arrived safe and sound. Northern Va is a wonderful place to live, this "GM" did his last two years of High School there in the days of Camelot. I attended JFK's funeral and MLK's "I have a Dream" speech at the Lincoln Memorial. My memories of that whole area are filled with both bit's of sadness and bits of joy and wonderment. May you find that you will be delightfully happy there.
