If you had no other reason for voting for John McCain, this would be reason enough:

In its third rebuke of the Bush administration's treatment of prisoners, the court ruled 5-4 that the government is violating the rights of prisoners being held indefinitely and without charges at the U.S. naval base in Cuba. The court's liberal justices were in the majority. (emphasis mine)

It is conceivable that the next President will get to nominate as many as 3 justices to SCOTUS. Do we really want the Supreme Court to be remade in the image of Barack Hussein Obama? Doesn't this nation have enough challenges?

And while we're at it: What part of "they want to kill us" do liberals not understand?
