BORIS YELTSIN HAS DIED

It has just been reported that Boris Yeltsin, the first freely elected President of Russia, has died at the age of 76. At the time of his election in 1991, I harbored high hopes for his governance of Russia. He was not, however, a particularly skillful leader and, in fact, let his people down in many ways.

you "harbored high hopes for his governance of Russia." you actually take yourself seriously. maybe someday I can introduce you to Condi Rice and you can have an intimate tete-a-tete regarding the the former Soviet Union.
